Cornerstone Market is a nonprofit discount grocery store opening in 2026. We’re here to help families afford groceries without sacrificing quality or dignity.
The problem: Prices of groceries, clothing, pet supplies, & essential supplies are rising daily - making it difficult to stretch a dollar.
Our solution: Deeply discounted groceries (40-80% off), clothing, household essentials, plus a food pantry and free life-skills classes.
Our Story
We’re Building Something Glenrock Needs
What We Believe
No one should choose between bills and food. That’s not a slogan—it’s why we exist.
We’re faith-based, but we serve everyone. Your background, beliefs, or circumstances don’t matter here. You need help? You’re welcome.
This is a hand up, not a handout. You shop with choice. You leave with dignity. You get support when you need it.
How We Operate
Funded by: Grants, donations, partnerships, fundraisers, and community drives
Powered by: Volunteers and a small paid team (6-10 people)
Guided by: Compassion, stewardship, and the belief that helping people isn’t optional—it’s who we are
What’s Next?
We’re opening late spring 2026. After that, we’ll keep expanding programs that strengthen our community, any need we see - we will do what we can to fill that need!
· More food pantry access
· Free classes (budgeting, parenting, job skills)
· Seasonal support (holidays, back-to-school)
· Community partnerships with schools and senior centers
This is more than a store. It’s a community hub built to make life easier for our neighbors.
Future Plans:
At Cornerstone Market, we're just getting started. Our vision extends far beyond our doors—we're committed to growing our impact and meeting the evolving needs of our community with compassion, dignity, and faith-filled action.
Expanding Our Reach
We plan to bring Cornerstone Market to other communities in Wyoming. Our goal is to expand into communities in Wyoming, creating the same welcoming, resource-rich environment where families can shop with dignity and access the support they need to thrive.
Temporary Housing & Transitional Support
We envision providing safe, temporary housing for individuals and families facing critical transitions—including those experiencing homelessness, separated families working toward reunification, single parents rebuilding stability, individuals transitioning back into the community from incarceration, and those in recovery from addiction. Everyone deserves a safe place to heal, grow, and move forward with hope.
Family-Friendly Fundraisers & Community Events
Building community is at the heart of what we do. We're planning annual family-friendly fundraisers and events that bring people together, celebrate our shared values, and support the work we do. These gatherings will be opportunities for connection, joy, and collective impact.
Meeting Every Need We See
If there's a need in our community, we're committed to meeting it. Our mission is rooted in love, service, and responsiveness. As we grow and listen, we'll continue adapting and expanding our programs to serve wherever we're called—because no one should face hardship alone.
Join us in building a stronger, more compassionate community—one act of service at a time.
Meet the Founder
Bobbi Collins has called Glenrock home for the past five years and has lived in Wyoming for most of her life. She and her husband, Casey Collins, have four adult children and one cherished granddaughter. But Bobbi's journey to this moment—founding Glenrock Cornerstone Market—has been anything but easy. It's a story of redemption, resilience, and a calling to serve others with the same grace she was shown.
Bobbi's story is the heartbeat of Cornerstone Market. It's why we serve with compassion, why we believe in second chances, and why we know that no one is beyond hope. This isn’t just a business - It’s God’s calling!
A Childhood Marked by Hardship
Bobbi was raised by a mother struggling with addiction to alcohol and drugs, and her childhood was defined by instability and poverty. "We stayed in a house until we got kicked out because the rent wasn't paid," Bobbi recalls. "She used her money to party." The cycle of low-income living continued into Bobbi's own young motherhood, as she fought to provide for her children while battling her own demons.
19 Years of Addiction
At just 14 years old, Bobbi was introduced to methamphetamine by her uncle and mother. What followed was 19 years of addiction—a life consumed by the search for her next fix, marked by repeated incarcerations and the pain of living selfishly, disconnected from the person she wanted to be.
Rock Bottom—and a New Beginning
At age 33, Bobbi hit rock bottom. In 2015, she made the courageous decision to check herself into a SMART Recovery treatment center in southern California. From that moment, she hit the ground running. She fought for and regained custody of both her daughters. She enrolled in college and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, then went on to pursue her MBA in graduate school.
A Vision Born from Experience
Bobbi's ultimate goal is to open a residential inpatient treatment center in Wyoming based on SMART Recovery principles—a dream she's committed to achieving by 2036. She knows firsthand the power of the right support at the right time, and she wants to offer that lifeline to others.
From Diner Dreams to Divine Calling
In early 2024, Bobbi and Casey invested in a business building in downtown Glenrock, renovating it to create a classic diner with an attached motel. Unfortunately, the small-town market couldn't sustain another restaurant, and they made the difficult decision to close the doors. But rather than walk away, they asked a bigger question: What does this community truly need?
Finding Her Calling
Bobbi found God and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior in 2018. After much prayer and reflection, the answer became clear: Glenrock Cornerstone Market—a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to serving low-income families with dignity, compassion, and practical support.
"Why go with a nonprofit instead of a for-profit organization?" Bobbi asks. "Because I want this organization to stay in this community and help those who need it for years to come. I want to pay it forward."
Moving Forward with Faith
Despite facing community skepticism and negativity, Bobbi is moving forward with unwavering faith. Her heart is with helping others—giving back to someone in the position she once found herself in makes every hardship along the way worth it.
"God will make a way where others see it to be impossible," Bobbi says. And she's living proof.
Bobbi's story is the heartbeat of Cornerstone Market. It's why we serve with compassion, why we believe in second chances, and why we know that no one is beyond hope.
